Champagne Mabe is the story of modern Champagne. Bryan Marx was handed the keys to his family winery, Marx-Coutelas in 2017. In 2019 he split off some of his favorite vineyards to create the single-variety, single-vineyard juggernaut that is Domaine des Tuileries. Not to be outdone by himself he has now ventured, with partner Maxime Beaudet (pictured right) into the world of Micro-Negotiants.

Bryan owns vineyards in and around the village of Venteuil in the Marne Valley. This project allows the two longtime friends are able to put their fingerprint on vineyards farmed by some of their good friends from much further afield. Chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of Oger, Meunier from Bonneil are just the start. The project will change some of its sources from year to year, not dependent on the same plots but where mother nature shines in any given year.

The wines are just being released and will make it to the US in the spring of 2026. The entire project spans all of 2,896 bottles for the whole world. We have tasted it many times over the years and are so excited to share it with you finally!
